I'm Jo Ann Frisch and I've been a major supporter of Tri-Valley CAREs for the past 25 years. I'm also on the board of directors. For our 30th Anniversary, I compiled a special cookbook with over 30 delicious recipes our members have made for potluck events over the years. Some of you will remember these dishes! Now, for just $20, all of you can enjoy them.
I will have copies of "Cooking up Peace" at our Anniversary celebration at the Livermore Library on Tuesday, December 10th, where our member-chefs will have some of the dishes from the cookbook there for you to sample, indluding the cake shown on the cover below.
